The requirement for the new “Business Events Centre” at HMRC was for 5 rooms to work independently or to link together to create a large collaborative space, and for it all to be automated.
Gone are the days of complicated room setups, with some complex programming by us, all the room user needs to do is open the doors to the rooms they want to join and say “yes” on the controller. Everything is taken care of automatically by the intelligent control system.
Combine the above linkable rooms with a couple of breakout rooms, interactive monitors and digital signage in reception and you’ve got a beautifully executed events centre.
