Meeting rooms and IPTV across two new locations
The challenge
As ITV prepared a new production office at One New Oxford Street and a studio at The Hospital Club, both locations needed meeting room and IPTV systems ready for use.
The project involved moving equipment from offices being downsized, identifying what could be reused and supplying any additional hardware needed to meet ITV’s meeting room standards. Installation also had to fit around construction work, network readiness and other technical activities across the two sites.

Our solution
tdc surveyed both new locations and audited the AV equipment in ITV’s existing offices. We identified which Google Meet, Logitech, display and IPTV equipment could be reused, then set out the additional hardware required for the new rooms.
Working with ITV’s project, collaboration and network teams, we planned the removal, transport and installation of equipment around the wider construction programme. Alongside the Google Meet meeting rooms, our engineers installed BrightSign IPTV units for 45 screens across the two locations.
Throughout delivery, we provided regular progress updates, reported site issues and changes, and returned to complete outstanding items and operational acceptance testing.

The outcome
ITV’s new production office and studio received meeting room and IPTV systems aligned with its technology standards. Reusing suitable equipment from existing offices helped make the most of ITV’s investment, while coordinated planning kept the AV work moving alongside the wider project.
The installation team left rooms ready for user acceptance testing or direct use, with completed work documented for ITV’s project team.

Client feedback
ITV’s feedback recognised the team’s work throughout the project, from initial analysis and scoping through to installation. They highlighted how James and the team helped establish the costs, timescales and delivery options.
On project management, ITV said: “Neil was a brilliant PM to work alongside, with regular detailed updates to all stakeholders.” They also praised the team’s flexibility as requirements changed.
ITV described the engineers as “friendly, polite and professional” and noted the pride they took in their work. Installations were completed to a high standard, with waste removed and rooms left ready for user acceptance testing or direct use.
